Not quite what you are looking for? No worries. At Ten Tiny Toes, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange within 7 days of your receiving the item, making your shopping experience easy and fuss-free.

Products that you return or exchange must be unworn/unused. However, Ten Tiny Toes does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. Besides Shupeas, other brands only accept returns/exchanges for items with manufacturing defect or incorrect size.

How do I return an item?

Purchases may be returned for a full refund (excluding return shipping charges) within 7 days of your receiving the items. We can only accept returns of unworn and unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt.


Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges may be made within 7 days of receiving items from Ten Tiny Toes. Items returned for exchange must be unworn and unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

Items returned for exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt.


Returns and Exchange Instructions

E-mail us at: sales@tentinytoes.com.sg prior to making a return shipment. Include your original order number, the item(s) you wish to return and if making an exchange, which items you would like in exchange. We will provide a return address for you to mail the item back to us.
Ship return items in as-received condition using a tracked shipping method to the return address provided. Include a copy of your original sales receipt.
Upon receiving returned items, Ten Tiny Toes will process credit card refunds via Paypal, or exchanges within one week.


Note: Returned items are customer’s responsibility until received by Ten Tiny Toes. For this reason, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Refunds may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Should the reason for return be due to an error on our part, we will gladly refund shipping charges.

Sale items: Items purchased on sale are final; no exchanges or returns.

Exceptions: Exceptions to the above Return and Exchange Policy are at the sole discretion of Ten Tiny Toes and must be agreed to prior to any return shipment. Ten Tiny Toes is not responsible for returned items until we receive them.
